Draft. These terms are a plain-language draft for review before ArcSpecs accepts paying customers.
What ArcSpecs is
ArcSpecs helps estimators level subcontractor bids, check them against drawings and specs, and draft clarification emails. It is a tool that points you to likely gaps. It is not a guarantee that every gap is found, and it does not replace your own review.
Your decisions stay yours
You are responsible for your bids, the plug amounts you set, which subs you carry and what you send. Always confirm flagged items against the documents before you rely on them.
Your files
You own the proposals, drawings and specs you upload. You give ArcSpecs permission to process them only to run the service for you. Only upload files you have the right to share with a software provider.
Early access
ArcSpecs is in early access. Features may change, and some, like Scope Check, are rolling out to founder program members first.
Plans and billing
- Prices are flat and listed on our website. Founder program members keep their founder rate while they stay subscribed.
- Plans include fair-use limits on trade packages and document pages, listed on the pricing section.
- You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Fair use
Don't use ArcSpecs to break the law, upload harmful files, try to access another company's data, or resell the service.
Limits
ArcSpecs is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for bid outcomes, lost profits or missed scope, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
